Lifelong learning for culinary professionals – the new normal
In July 2021, Homard Bleu Talent was selected as North American Business-to-Business representative for Ecole Ducasse (Ducasse Education) to support professional chefs with unsurpassed, customized Master Class training programs from menu development to ongoing training for brigades.
Based on a comprehensive culinary audit, Ecole Ducasse Master Class programs are developed to meet your specific needs, with instruction by distinguished Meilleurs Ouvriers de France chefs (MOF, or Best Craftsmen of France). Programs can be delivered either in your establishment, through live on-line sessions or at the Ecole Ducasse campus in France.

Hi, I’m Eric Belanger. I look forward to opening up a world of talent and opportunities that are normally too complex, risky and time consuming for most to consider.
I had the privilege of living in Europe for 20 years and during that time I worked with over 2,500 international culinary candidates matching them with top chefs, securing rewarding work for them, and coaching them to overcome the challenges along the way to ensure solid career development.
